This is an agreement between, Rojad Host (which is the webhosting section of Rojad Computech) and you. Please read them. This terms and conditions apply to customers buying our shared hosting plans. It also apply to other RojadHost products such as
* Domain Name
* Affiliate program
* Web SMS
*Web templates
*Web Design
*SLL Certificate
*Web host
* Reseller program
unless if other terms accompany those plans. if so, those terms apply.

IF YOU PROCEED, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT PROCEED.

By proceeding, you agree to the following:

1. You will not use our network to steal any information or attack any account in our shared hosting environment.

2. You will not take part in any form of 419 activity. Such as posting deceitful information on anything.

3. We have zero tolerance on copyright materials. Your web site MUST NOT contain contents that are copyright materials such as ebooks, pictures, images, etc. Once we notice it, your site will go on suspension without notice

4. We assume that you have the right to use your domain name. You must not use a name of a company or organisation that does not belong to you. In case we noticed that your domain name is used to deceive people into believing that you are a company which you are not, your account will be suspended immediately without prior notice.

5 You must not send spam mails with your site to any recepient

6. You must never use bot or IRC on our shared host environment

7. You must NOT use any IRC program or any dangerous script that will run down our server

After 30 days, if you are not satisfied with our service, we will pay you back the value of your money completely without withholding anything. Please take note that the domain name belongs to you so we would not pay you back for your domain name. Since you are the owner of the domain, you can take it to anywhere you want to. You are free to transfer your domain to another site at anytime. Such repayment is done once you submit your request via email to admin@rojadhost.net or if you activate it through your control panel.
