Rojad Host Acceptable User Policy

This is a legal agreement between, Rojad CompuTech and you. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions apply to customers buying any of our web hosting plans. It also apply to other Rojad CompuTech products such as
* Domain Name and
*SSL Certificate

unless if other terms accompany those plans. if so, those terms apply.

IF YOU PROCEED, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT PROCEED.

By proceeding, you agree to the following:

1. You will not use our network to steal any information or attack any account in our shared hosting environment.

2. You will not take part in any form of 419 activity. Such as posting deceitful information on anything.

3. We have zero tolerance on copyright materials. Your web site MUST NOT contain contents that are copyright materials such as ebooks, pictures, images, software, software cracks any any form of pirated material, etc. Once we notice it, your site will go on suspension without notice

4. We assume that you have the right to use your domain name. You must not use a name of a company or organisation that does not belong to you. In case we noticed that your domain name is used to deceive people into believing that you are a company which you are not, your account will be suspended immediately without prior notice.

5 You must not send spam mails with your site to any recepient

6. You must never use bot or IRC on our shared host environment

7. You must NOT use any IRC program or any dangerous script that will run down our server

8. If you fail to pay your recurring suscription when due, your site will be suspended without notice..

9.All accounts on suspension that fails to pay the stipulated fee will be terminated after two weeks. You agree that Rojad Computech will not be held liable for any loss in data.

10. We are running our servers with the highest security settings. However, you are responsible to protect the security of your site by using secure codes. You agree that Rojad Computech will not be held liable for any loss in data due to your inability to write secure codes.

11. You are responsible in backing up of your site by using the backup wizard in the cpanel control panel .

12. It is important to note that you should avoid account suspension by all means. If your account is suspended for what ever reason, you must pay a reactivation fee if you want to reactivate a suspended site.

13. You must not use your account to post pornographic materials

TAKE NOTE THAT THIS TERMS CAN CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME, YOU MUST CHECK IT REGULARLY. THE CONTENTS BECOMES B
